Licensed Clinical Therapist
Lisa has worked with children and adults in schools, mental health agencies and private practice settings for over 25 years. She specializes in working with those who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and are feeling challenged to regulate their emotions, personally or professionally. Lisa has a strong belief in the Mind-Body-Spirit connection. She is a certified instructor in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Mindfulness. Lisa’s passion is teaching others how to gently and safely go WITHIN to release limitless beliefs and behaviors impeding emotional and physical well-BEing and happiness. Lisa received her Master of Social Work Degree from Eastern Michigan University and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Michigan State University.

Glutathione
Glutathione (GSH) is commonly known as the body’s most important antioxidant. It fights almost any disease, particularly those associated with aging. It is primarily produced in the liver, but GSH levels fall dramatically as we age. When taken orally, Glutathione is not well absorbed by the body. Therefore, the only effective way to dramatically increase GSH levels is through IV infusion or direct injection. Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. A key component of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management and, in pediatrics. Food Sensitivity testing measures your body’s IgG immune response to foods that are commonly found in western diets. A food reactivity is different than an immediately life-threatening food allergy.
